Our Story

Back in 2007, Greg Life was searching the Philippines for call centres to work on various calling campaigns working as an independent consultant. One of the most successful was TeleQuest Voice Services based in Bacolod City, Negros province. The centre is located in a vibrant city that has all the amenities of larger cities but still maintains the local flavour of a provincial city steeped in history at the same time writing its own story as a destination for call centres and BPO operations serving an international market.

Greg worked together with the owners bringing and aiding the running of these outbound campaigns and developed the business relationship alongside a friendship for the owner, John Burdick. At the start of 2015, DBI had the opportunity to acquire TQVS to act as a captive centre for its own marketing questionnaire campaigns, for DBI it was its first acquisition.

In May of 2017 Mark Bergman was appointed Site Director and has taken on the task to not just run the captive campaigns of DBI but attract and service other campaigns.
Now in 2017 with the projected 20% growth on the call centre industry, he has initiated building on the success of the last two years and expanding the services to meet that challenge. Blessed with an agent base that is educated and equipped with well-developed professional skills, DBI is building upon the brand and already has added new clients and campaigns.
